  •  From the airport

     Take the Rhônexpress tram to the Part-Dieu railway station.
     Then take the C1 or C2 bus that connects the Part-Dieu station with the Lyon Convention Center within 12 minutes.

  •  By bus

    Bus stop: Musée des Beaux-Arts or Cité Internationale
     C1 - C2 from Part Dieu station
     C5 from Bellecour metro station
     C4 from Jean Macé metro station  
     
    • From Part Dieu train station: Take the C1 or C2 bus that connects the Part-Dieu station with the Lyon Convention Center within 12 minutes.  
    • From Perrache train station: Take the metro line A direction Vaulx en Velin: stop at Bellecour. Then the C5 bus connects the Lyon Convention Center.
     
    Each participant will be offered a 24h pass per conference day, activated on the first entry on the TCL network, and providing an unlimited access to subways, trams, buses and funiculars.

    The Convention Centre is located close to the Northern Ring Road (Périphérique Nord) - Exit: Porte de Saint Clair.

    You will find hereafter a few recommended hotels, but there are many other possibilities near the Convention Centre and in the City center of Lyon.

    July is a tourist period in Lyon, we recommend that you book your hotel in advance!

    The organization of WTC 2022 provides you with a booking platform with special accommodation offers from Booking, Expedia, Trip Advisor,... on the dates of the congress. Just click on the button below.
     
    Please note that there is no official booking agency for travel and accommodation, and no official appointed hotel for guests.
    As a delegate or speaker to WTC 2022, please pay attention to companies who would claim to be the official booking agency!
    Only Insight Outise, the Event planner of the congress, will be in charge of arranging accommodation for guests.
